What makes GreenPan different from traditional non-stick pans?
GreenPan uses Thermolon™, a ceramic non-stick coating derived from sand. Unlike traditional coatings, it is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, ensuring no toxic fumes are released even if overheated.
Is GreenPan cookware dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and soapy water to maximize the lifespan of the ceramic non-stick coating.
Can I use metal utensils on my GreenPan?
To maintain the integrity of the surface, we recommend using silicone, wood, or nylon utensils. While some of our advanced lines are metal-utensil safe, avoiding sharp edges will keep your pan performing better for longer.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most regions across North America and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What heat settings should I use with ceramic non-stick?
Ceramic non-stick is highly efficient at heat distribution. We recommend using low to medium heat settings. High heat can cause carbonization of fats, which may lead to sticking over time.
