Return Process

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Cookware

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
